You will receieve a confirmation of your registration by email within 12 hours. Please contact us if you don't receive the confirmation.

You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to the organisers, preferably by email to info@leancompetence.se or by phone to +46707952929.

For any cancellations received no later than four weeks before the activity, you will receive a 100% credit; no credit will be issued for later cancellations. If you don’t attend the activity, you will not be refunded.

Delegates are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance to cover medical and other expenses including accident or loss. Where a delegate has to cancel for medical reasons, the normal cancellation policy will apply.

If the activity is cancelled by the organisers for any reason, you will receive a 100% credit. The activity can be cancelled no later than three weeks before the planned date. Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.

Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, the organisers reserve the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

The organisers will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of their obligations that is caused by events outside their reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving the workforce of IGEL or any other party), failure of a utility service or transport network, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or Government rule, order regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or contractors. The organisers performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and they will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. They will use their reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which their obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
