Getting the most out of your lean program

Master Meeting with Torbjørn Netland
Gothenburg, February 1, 2018

We’re happy to invite one of the world’s leading researchers on lean thinking to Sweden.

Dr. Torbjørn Netland will provide a scientific—yet practical—view on lean programs and lean implementation. Torbjørn has for many years been studying and advising lean implementation in multinational companies. His award-winning research on the implementation of the Volvo Production System in Volvo AB’s global factory network appears in several top academic journals including the MIT Sloan Management Review.

Torbjörn is currently working with Scandinavian, Swiss and German multinational companies in a wide variety of industries—from process industries to services.

An objective of his research is to bring scientific evidence to the debate on how to manage and succeed with lean programs.
